Our Department is composed of Business, Economics, Real Estate and CIS courses. Currently, Guy Forkner heads up the real estate section, while Anita M. Black heads up the other sections.
Computer Information System
CIS Department offers a full-service computer lab, available and open to current students in the CIS/BUS programs. The lab provides a quieter and less crowded environment in which students can practice and study computer skills

Our new CONTRACT program has all the courses you need not just for salesperson/broker licensing but in addition. now for the first time, all the classes you need to take the state exam to become a licensed Trainee Appraiser. We want you to get licensed and get working.
All the faculty - Carl Ogden, Joanna Ratkovich ( Certified General Appraiser) , and chairman Guy Forkner - have worked hard to get this new program up and running.
